Indian Food Recipe for Hundi Murgh

Heat oil in a pan and temper whole garam masala.

  1. Fry chopped onions, ginger, green chilli for few minutes.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste and chicken cuts and fry.
  3. Then add white pepper, garam masala, elaichi powder, saunf powder and kaju paste, brown onion paste, curd.
  4. Cook for some time and add cream and butter.
  5. Cook in low fire till chicken is done.
  6. Serve garnished with Coriander leaves.
