  1. Melt the butter in a sauce pan. Add the chopped ginger and green chillies. Sauté over medium heat.
  2. Add the Kashmiri red chilly paste and stir.
  3. Add the makhani sauce and bring to a boil, add the chicken tikka (cooked) and simmer.
  4. Stir in the cream and butter and finish the dish with pepper powder, fenugreek powder and garam masala powder.
  5. Check for seasonings and serve hot garnished with chopped coriander and cream.
