Description: Lightly spiced pan fried wild sea bass to Keep skin crispy with an added flavoured crunchy grated coconut.

1              Wild Sea Bass                           2 fillets

2              Ginger Garlic paste                 15

3              Turmeric powder                     2

4              Red chilli paste                        10

5              Coconut powder                     10

6              Asafoetida                                2

7              Oil                                              2

8              Grated coconut                       20

9              Curry leaves                             2

10           Coriander powder                  2

11           Chilli powder                           2

12           Salt                                      ( to taste )


Method: Masala fried grated coconut

Pour some oil in  a hot pan

When the oil is hot sprinkle the asafoetida powder then saute for a minute

add grated coconut and curry leaves, saute until the coconut turns into golden brown colour.

put some coriander powder, chilli powder and salt (to taste) to the coconut saute

for a while in a low flame, fry until it turns crispy and brown.

keep it aside in a separate bowl.




Marinate the fish with ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli paste, coconut powder, and salt.


Cooking Method:

 In a hot frying pan pour some cooking oil

Place the skin side of the fish into the pan

Keep pressing the fish to cook even

After 2 minutes turn the fish and cook for another 2 minutes

Check the fish is cooked

Place it ion a plate and spoon on top sautéed spiced grated coconut.
