Slow Braised Curry Duck Leg Burger With Duck Leg Raan

When we made a Raan with leg of duck we got with some left over meat, soon stuck with an idea to turn that to a duck leg burger with seeded bread roll,fried egg and tomato it proved to be a winner as it has very balanced spice flavours , not too hot , a very succulent duck leg meat , fried egg provides the richness . its a perfect breakfast or brunch item to give you enough energy to push through to dinner time . even if you are not a duck meat lover we are sure you will love it.
