Paneer Masala Recipe..
Caution: It is not your ordinary Paneer Masala. Yes, ladies and gentlemen, this is truly a bar-setting recipe. Try it on your own and bring flavours to your life.
Grated paneer 250
Onion chopped 50
Tomato chopped 50
Curry leaf 1
Green chilli 20
Ginger garlic paste 20
Turmeric powder 1
Coriander powder 20
Chilli powder 20
Garam masala 10
Chat masala powder 3
Mustard seeds 2
Vegetable oil 30
Salt (to taste)
In a deep pan pour some oil, when the oil is hot put mustard seeds, curry leaf, green chilli and onion. Saute for 2 minutes on medium heat.
Now add ginger garlic paste, saute for another 2 minutes on medium heat.
Put turmeric powder and tomato, saute for a minute.
At this stage add grated paneer, cook for 2 minutes on medium heat.
Put coriander powder, chilli powder and garam masala, saute for 2 minutes on medium heat.
Check seasoning and add some salt. Add chat masala, pour lime juice into it.
Paneer masala is ready and serves it.
