    • Cardamom

    • Ginger Garlic Paste
    50gm
    • Lamb Shanks
    400gm
    • Lamb Chunks

    • Red Chilli
    1tsp
    • Salt
    to taste
    • Coconut Powder
    2gm
    • Turmeric
    1tsp
    • Coriander Powder
    2tsp
    • Onion Paste
    2tsp
    • Curd
    100gm
    • Lamb Stock
    100ml

     

 

Awadhi Gosht Korma Method.

01. Take oil in a pan and saute onion properly.

02. Then add bay leaf, cardamom, and ginger garlic paste

03. After that add mutton and saute it.

04.Then add salt ,chilli powder,coconut powder,turmeric,coriander powder,raw onion paste

05.After adding spices add curd into it.

06. Finish korma by adding lamb stock.

 

Tips Stock needs to gelatinous, minimum 12 hours of simmering is required.
