  • Sandalwood Powder

  • Ittar

  • Roasted Channa Powder

  • Cream Cheese
200ml

 

 

 

Method:

  1. Take fresh milky mushrooms of medium size.
  2.  Remove stems from buttons
  3.  Soak in a hot water for 5min and then rinse.
  4.  Dry with paper napkins or kitchen tissue
  5.  Stuff nuts crush into mushroom buttons
  6.  take hung curd in a mixing bowl, mix all spices except cream cheese
  7.  Take the stuffed mushroom and marinate with mixture put the marinated mushroom in a cool place for an hour.
  8.  Arrange mushroom in an oven tray and then top with cream cheese
  9.  Put in bakery oven or in a salamander oven bake reasonable, golden brown Serve hot with green mint chutney or hot & sweet sauce
