Nasheela jheenga Mujeeb Rehman

Method:

  1. Take 8-9 counts fresh or frozen Prawn
  2. Peel and remove outer shell except for tail only
  3. Remove black thread properly.
  4. Wash and then dry with paper towel.
  5. For the first marination in a bowl take prawn and add vinegar, ginger garlic paste for half n hour.
  6. Take a mixing bowl take hung curd and all ingredients except refined oil and mix well.
  7. Add prawn into marination paste and at last, add refined oil.
  8. Put in a cool place for at least two hours.
  9. Put in skivers and grill for perfection.
  10. Serve hot with green mint chutney or hot & sweet sauce
  11. Garnish with Indian green salad
