Method.

01. Take lamb in lagan and add mix all the ingredient together.

02. Rub it properly.

03. Put lamb chunks and marinate well.

04. Put in a normal place for 1hours.

05. Put on skivers and do char grill.

 

Tips:

  • Take red chunks of baby lamb leg only.
  • Clean membranes & veins very properly.
  • Garnish with Indian Salad & green mint chutney
  • Serve Hot With Roomali Roti
