Aloo chaat is the most common or favorite chaat you can find in any Indian street food vendor. Here I have made it with angel hair style thinly cut sweet potato and potato. Topped with sweet yoghurt, Tamarind chutney, and Mint chutney

200gm Sweet potato (thinly sliced) buy fresh
100gm Potato (thinly sliced)
1Tbspn Ginger Garlic Paste
¼Tspn Kashmiri chilli powder
¼Tspn Turmeric powder
4Tspn Corn flour
A pinch Pink salt
1Tspn Finely Chopped onion
5Nos Mint Leaves
5Nos Pickled onion
A Pinch Chilli Powder
½Tspn Fried Onions
1Tspn Lemon Juice
Garnish
Sweet Soy Yoghurt
Mint Chutney
Tamarind Chutney
Vegan Cheese Grated
Lemon Zest
Pickled Onion
Thinly Sliced Radish

Directions

1.

Stage 1

Put thinly sliced sweet potato and thinly sliced normal potato together in a mixing bowl.
Add ginger garlic paste, pink salt, kashmiri chilli powder, turmeric powder and corn flour, mix together.

Stage 2

For frying, pour oil in a deep fryer and heat it at 160 c.When the oil is hot drop and spread the marinated thinly sliced sweet potato and thinly sliced normal potato in to the hot oil.

Stage 3

Fry it in small batches.For plating, place the fried sliced potatoes in a mixing bowl.
Add chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped green chilli, coriander leaves, mint leaves, pickled onion, chilli powder, fried onions and lemon juice.

4.

Stage 4

If needed cover the pan with a lid and cook the chicken until the water gets reduced.Now add curry leaf, slit green chilli and coconut oil. Saute for a minute.
Chicken coconut drumstick masala is ready to serve, plate as per in the video.
