Tiramisu is a coffee-flavoured Italian dessert. Tiramisu is made of ladyfingers dipped in coffee. Layered with a whipped mixture of eggs, sugar, and mascarpone cheese, flavoured with cocoa. The recipe has been adapted into many varieties of cakes and other desserts.

2Nos Egg yolk
35gm Breakfast sugar
35gm Ameretto
2-3Drops Vanilla essence
250gm Mascarporne cheese
75gm Whipped cream
10 no Saviordi Biscuit

Directions

1.

Prepare a thick sabayon with yolks,breakfast sugar ,vanilla essence and ameretto. Add soften mascarporne cheese to the above mix very slowly.
Mark as complete
2.

Finally fold it with whipped cream To assemble line martini glass with Saviordi biscuit.
Mark as complete
3.

Soak with coffee decoction.and give a layer of tiramisu mix followed by another layer of soaked biscuit and tiramisu. Before serving dust with cocoa powder.
