1Kg Tapioca | |
2Litre Water | |
1Tspn Turmeric powder | |
1Tspn Salt | |
2Tbspn Onion chopped | |
4cloves Garlic cloves | |
3nos. Green Chilli | |
4Gm Cumin seeds | |
6leaves Curry leaf | |
1Tbspn Coconut oil |
Directions
1.
Stage 1
Using a mortar and pestle crush onion, garlic, green chilli, cumin seeds and curry leaf altogether.
Add coconut oil in to it, crush and mix it altogether. Keep it aside.
Mark as complete

Stage 2
Wash and clean tapioca and put it in a thick bottom pot.
Pour cold water in to it, add turmeric powder and salt.
Mark as complete

Stage 3
Allow to boil and cook until the tapioca is soft.
Drain out the boiled water leaving some amount of water in the pot.
Mark as complete

Stage 4
Now add in the crushed mixture in to tapioca. Mix well.
Using a wooden spatula gently mash tapioca by leaving some bite size pieces.
Serve it in a bowl.
