Prepare the ingredients
Add grated coconut, shallots, green chilli and curry leaves to a mixer or blender jar.
Fresh or frozen coconut can be used for this coconut chutney recipe.

Add salt according to taste and pour in a small amount of water.Grind the ingredients until you get a smooth but slightly coarse consistency
