Directions

Stage 1

Clean the fish cubes, add salt and lemon juice. Also add malt vinegar. Add ginger garlic paste, Ajwain powder.
Add turmeric powder, mace powder, and chili powder. Whisk yogurt well and add it to the mixture.
Mark as complete

Stage 2

Add cream and rice powder in the end. Marinate well and cook in the Tandoor to finish.
Serve hot (5 @ 60) pieces in a one portion. or whole fish around 250g
