Place the bhel mix in a large mixing bowl.
Add the finely chopped onion, tomato, boiled potato, coriander and green chilli
Sprinkle in the chaat masala and add fresh lemon juice.
Mix gently so all the ingredients are evenly combined.
Break a few pieces of crispy puri into the bhel mixture.
