100g bhel mix
30g white onion, finely chopped
30g tomato, finely chopped
70g boiled potato, diced
10g fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped
½ green chilli, very finely chopped
2 sprigs fresh dill
50g Greek yogurt or thick yogurt
30g Mint chutney
30g Tamarind chutney
20g pomegranate pearls
10g chaat masala
3g black salt

Directions

Prepare the bhel mixture

Place the bhel mix in a large mixing bowl. Add the finely chopped onion, tomato, boiled potato, coriander and green chilli
Sprinkle in the chaat masala and add fresh lemon juice. Mix gently so all the ingredients are evenly combined. Break a few pieces of crispy puri into the bhel mixture. Fold them through gently to add extra crunch to this bhel puri recipe.

Add the chutneys
