Tuna Niçoise Salad Recipe

This Tuna Niçoise Salad is a fresh and filling meal made with seared tuna, soft-boiled egg, potatoes, green beans, tomatoes, olives, red onion and crisp lettuce. Everything is brought together with a simple lemon and olive oil dressing flavoured with garlic, basil and a little anchovy.

The tuna is seared quickly so it stays pink and tender in the centre, giving this Seared Tuna Salad a restaurant-style finish. Potatoes and egg make the salad satisfying, while the fresh vegetables keep it light and colourful.
